Meet James Watts

I bring a unique set of interests, experiences, and skills to Coastal Abode. I spent my undergraduate and law school years in Oxford, Mississippi studying business, real estate, and later law while also taking advantage of breaks to travel and see other parts of the world.

I love the 30-A area because it gives me the opportunity to use what I have learned to help others discover and purchase their piece of this paradise. I have traveled to or lived in amazing coastal towns across Florida and the rest of the U.S. along with remote islands and beach communities all over the world. When I say that this area is hard to beat, I say that based on years of traveling to other popular destinations.
